We recommend noting down your frame number (located on the underside of the Bottom Bracket) and using one of the many online services available. We may be able to supply a digital file of the decal you need but you will need to prove you own the bike. The best way to test-ride a Genesis is to contact your local Genesis dealer.
We’re always looking out for keen riders who are planning trips so we are open to receiving sponsorship proposals to consider. We now have a list of rear-mech hangers compatible with Genesis bikes – please visit your local dealer to order one. It’s really hard to give safe and accurate technical advice over the internet! We’d always advise going to your local Genesis dealer, where they can see the bike and diagnose any technical or mechanical issues that you’re having with your bike. If you have a warranty claim, they can handle that too.
Capable on and off road, it was a gentle step away from our original Vapour and towards a bike that was intended to go further… but we never imagined quite how much further. At the time, we weren’t sure if people would get it, so we hedged slightly, labelling it as a cross bike in the truest sense of the word. This variable speed throttle was designed to be easy on the wrists, and even easier to operate.
Genesis champion themselves on built in practicalities that can be seen throughout the range, enabling their use daily across many different scenarios. All our bikes are designed at our HQ in Milton Keynes but we’re extremely proud to be able to use some expert workshops in Vietnam and Indonesia for production. All our frames are put together by hand in batches and genesis bicycles then assembled before being shipped over to our warehouse. Unfortunately we do not range Genesis branded components for after sale. Your local Genesis dealer may be able to source a spare. At Genesis we have a history of doing things our own way, whether that’s making bikes we want to ride, or heading in a direction that might seem a little crazy at the time.

Genesis was hired to help create a brand visual language to help tie the products into a cohesive whole in the global marketplace.
