Trail begins at the north park entrance and ends at Proud Lake State Recreation Area. An 8.5 mile paved Hike-Bike Trail traverses the picturesque landscapes that circle Kent Lake. Kensington Metropark and Island Lake State Recreation Area is connected via a paved connector going underneath I-96.

We were running our tyres rock hard because we had tubes and we didn’t want to pinch flat, so then there’s nothing to protect your rim from sudden abrupt impacts.
