Gear: The Ozark Trail Screenhouse

We love the size of the tent and we used it for a week with no problems. The second time we set it up one of the poles snapped and now I can’t find where I can get replacement poles. Any suggestions ozark trail screen house would be greatly appreciated. I have large screen house and I love it. It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere.

Great for our buffet line for family camping. Sadly it blew over over in a storm last night breaking two corner pieces and the middle X broke. We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. It is of poor design, in that this could be avoided using 2 more yellow, curved roof poles which would not allow the rain to puddle on the roof. My husband and I were in the screen room, keeping the rain from puddling for more than a half hour. We will not replace the 3-way hubs again.

Leave it up for an evening … A light misting rain and it’s all over. The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair.

This still has a lot of life left in it and I would love to be able to fix it.

An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. Browse Ozark Trail’s top-rated hiking and camping gear and more. Find something simple to set up, reliable, durable and with product support. Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts.

I was wondering if anyone out there can e-mail me the manual. We placed the screen house over a picnic table at the campsite and it did a fairly good job of keeping insects out while we were eating. Wasn’t even able to get the tent set up in a mild wind before one of the corner plastic parts broke.

My experience with Ozark Trail equipment has been to reinforce the old adage “you get what you pay for”. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save ozark trail screen house a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in. Dozens of two-foot sections of pipe spilled onto the floor with stickers labeling them ‘1B’, ‘4’, or ‘2B’.
