Shade can be a matter of survival there if you’re outside at midday. Then I started having other wild fantasies, like effectively adding a room to the desert shack where I live by erecting the shadehouse in the backyard. This product from the list of stuff that I wish I never had bought it would in the top two. Setting up the screenhouse you need an army of people to hold the frame in place to put the screen over. Then the hooks don’t even reach the holes at the bottom of the poles. Then if you can manage to get that far, you have to run like crazy to get it tied down before if falls over.
An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. ‘Insert the leg poles into the hubs to raise the screenhouse frame’ got the first laugh. The “frame” barely stayed together on the ground. Any attempt to lift a corner and insert a leg pole resulted in pipes flying everywhere. I thought of resorting to duct tape, but since I had none handy, with great finesse I managed to lift each corner one pipe segment at a time. Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling.
Great for our buffet line for family camping. Sadly it blew over over in a storm last night breaking two corner pieces and the middle X broke. We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. It is of poor design, in that this could be avoided using 2 more yellow, curved roof poles which would not allow the rain to puddle on the roof. My husband and I were in the screen room, keeping the rain from puddling for more than a half hour. We will not replace the 3-way hubs again.
Now unable to get all the parts I need to make it worth repairing. I purchased Model #WT98010R and I’ve had it for 2 years and have put it up probably 6 times. This summer I had it up in the backyard after a birthday party for several days and one of the poles broke during a bad storm while I was at work. I bought two of these tents new last year from a yard sale.
Bottom of screen doesn’t even tough the ground. This tent is only $47 at Walmart, however that is not the point. The hubs on the tent and the construction of the design are worthless.
No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse. We have a love-hate relationship with this screen tent.

If anyone has a hub gable or #1 Roof pole, I would be interested in buying those parts. I loved the size of this screen house but after a few uses, the 4-way hub gable cracked and a couple of the curved roof poles bent a little. The screen is ozark trail canopy great for nice weather. It gives great shade and it keeps flies out. We used it to put it over a little swimming pool for our children and it works great. I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome!
Anyone have spare parts for sale? I need to replace the center hub (CTRH-02) since this broke while I was using it. That’s what we get with foreign made products.
