Ozark Trail Grey Screenhouse

A mild wind came along and the screen house is so “sturdy”, that it was knocked down and one of the corner braces broke. We bought this screen house at an auction for $5. Great for our buffet line for family camping. A gust of wind probably around 50 MPH took it down. Broke all four corner hubs and bent all 1b poles beyond repair. We loved it when it stayed together.

All come with the original bag that still looks new.

No information on where I can get replacement parts. I need one of part number GBLL-05 (three-way hub gable left) and one of part number GBLR-05 (three-way hub gable right). I have been trying to replace it ever ozark trail screen house since I lost it in a wind storm. I put it up in my yard for my now wife’s bridal shower. I had it spiked down and secured really good. It looked wonderful in the yard so I decided to leave it for a while.

Bottom of screen doesn’t even tough the ground. This tent is only $47 at Walmart, however that is not the point. ozark trail chairs The hubs on the tent and the construction of the design are worthless. A light misting rain and it’s all over.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one. All items can be inspected in-person (and you are encouraged to do so) prior to bidding. If you can’t inspect, you can enjoy return protection by either using Buyers Assurance or becoming a Premium Buyers Club member.

I bought two of these tents new last year from a yard sale. The were never opened by the seller. We have only been using one since. After a pretty bad storm at the beach, a few of the poles broke…so we are moving onto the next new one and selling the first for parts. Sadly it blew over over in a storm last night breaking two corner pieces and the middle X broke.

Now unable to get all the parts I need to make it worth repairing. It is of poor design, in that this could be avoided using 2 more yellow, curved roof poles which would not allow the rain to puddle on the roof. My husband and I were in the screen room, keeping the rain from puddling for more than a half hour. We will not replace the 3-way hubs again. The campground received a moderate rain on the second night and the roof collected water in several places, causing the screen house to collapse.

I came in from work one day and to my surprise it was 60 yards away from me all torn up from landing on my neighbor’s spiked fence. It was torn up pretty bad so I decided to trash it. An item is in good overall condition. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or might be in the original packaging but not sealed. Queen bee has helped me to make Christmas awesome for my kids every year. We follow ozark trail chairs the blog and are able to stay in budget and get twice as many items for the family.

We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. We have a love-hate relationship with this screen tent. But, the slightest wind or rain and the whole thing comes down because of flimsy roof design. After multiple storms/fall downs, the screen portion has suffered some massive wounds. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them.

But, with determined hope, I began to wade through the instructions. I used the instructions that come with the products I’ve bought for starter firewood in my campfire. Queen Bee has saved me lots of money, but it’s also brightened many a days! A very nice selection of mostly new and slightly used, gift ideas.
