Assembly Instructions for an Ozark Trail Screenhouse Your Adventure Awaits

This Coleman Instant Screenhouse model comes in two sizes, 15 x 13 and 10 x 10. Both sizes offer a lot of usable space and the 10 x 10 is only 25 pounds. On the other end of the weight spectrum, the Alvantor is the best tent if you’re looking for the lightest available that also features a large usable space. I have a few objections given above, but those are not substantial, this is a truly great tent. This tent is on my list of best tents with screen room and also in the list of best 9-person tents.

The Tailgaterz is the best screen tent for you if you go in and out of your screen tent a lot or like to have your hands full carrying food and drinks. While this tent has UV protection, it is not waterproof and not the sturdiest given its lightweight. So I would not recommend this model if you anticipate experiencing any inclement weather conditions. At only 26 pounds, this screen tent has 10 walls and can comfortably seat over 12 adults! This makes the Alvantor a good option when traveling with a large family.

Put one “L” joint and one “R” joint on each pole, then orient them to accept poles from the center pole’s direction. If you’re interested in accessing Newegg API service, please submit a request. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them. I had to use every knot I’ve learned from rock climbing. There’s shade, and fewer bugs than outside the screenhouse. I do have some reservations left, though.

It occurred to me that if I insist on inviting people into a blazing Mojave inferno in the height of the summer it would be polite to provide some shade. Shade can be a matter of survival there if you’re outside at midday. Then I started having other wild fantasies, like effectively adding a room to the desert shack where I live by erecting the shadehouse in the backyard. I purchased this Screen House two years ago. It goes up OK, poles have color coded stickers on them. Been through several severe storms while camping with no issues.

When the screen house is in its proper location, stake it down by driving stakes through the four D-rings located on at the corners. This tent is only $47 at Walmart, however that is not the point. The hubs on the tent and the construction of the design are worthless. A light misting rain and it’s all over. The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair.

Broke all four corner hubs and bent all 1b poles beyond repair. Now unable to get all the parts I need to make it worth repairing. We bought this screen tent about 2 years ago and just took it out of the box to put it up. I hate to ozark trail screen house say it but this thing is a piece of JUNK. I could not even get the top frame together with out it either bending the poles or coming apart. This product from the list of stuff that I wish I never had bought it would in the top two.

I would like to spend 5 minutes with the designer of this POS, in a locked room…just me and him and a 2×4. Hopefully I can find a replacement part. Ships in the manufacturer’s original packaging, which may reveal the contents.

Its extra weight makes it sturdier to withstand strong winds and heavy rain. Also, we often review or link to products and services we regularly use and think you might find helpful. The important part of this tent is its screen room. This is an extension in front of the main door, across the front of the tent. It is completely covered as you can see in the picture below, but the angled mesh walls are without panels.
