Assembly Instructions for an Ozark Trail Screenhouse Your Adventure Awaits

The benefits are the easy pop-up installation and fold down, and even come in smaller sizes at even lighter weights if that makes more sense for you. The assembly is also easy at 45 seconds and weighs only 34 pounds for easy transport. Like the CLAM, you can buy wind resistance panels separately if you’re camping somewhere particularly breezy.

I thought of resorting to duct tape, but since I had none handy, with great finesse I managed to lift each corner one pipe segment at a time. Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling. Its center height is even 7 feet high in case you have any tall people in your group.

Even though it’s light, this Coleman comes with steel pegs to anchor your screen tent and keep it sturdy. Size is a major factor when choosing the best screen tent for you. This CLAM screen tent boasts 110 square feet, on the upper end in size. It is our favorite of all the screen tents we have seen.

To set the tent up, you just have to unfold it and to extend the leg poles until you hear a click which will tell you that the desired length is achieved. The procedure is shown in the picture below. This part of the tent is freestanding as well. Queen Bee has been one of my favorite pages to follow! A friend kept sharing her deals so I had to start following and I’m so glad I did. I have been able to purchase so many items at great prices because of her posts.

That’s what we get with foreign made products. Bought this at Walmart a couple of years ago. Never got it out, went to use it yesterday and the kit for set up is totally wrong.

But note that this inner space is 14 x 9 ft (427 x 274 cm), which implies 7 people sleeping side by side, plus two people in the feet zone or the others. This doesn’t ozark trail chairs look so great, so I would downgrade it to 6-7 people or so. Sizewise, the total floor area is huge 189 ft² (17.55 m²), but a big part of it is in the screened room.

Trailspace’s community of gear reviewers has field-tested and rated the top tents and shelters. Some of these tents shown I guess can use over a tent, and during covid some could be used as a bubble. Some of the dome types have seen being used at restaurants in their patios. I would use for extra cover over my Dodge van, and extra cover over any of my tent collections and just in yard.

This is one of those products where the instructions are basically a complete fantasy. They make one false unstated assumption after ozark trail chairs another. What you wind up with is a web of pipes and plastic pieces that falls apart at one end as you assemble the other.

Bottom of screen doesn’t even tough the ground. I purchased Model #WT98010R and I’ve had it for 2 years and have put it up probably 6 times. This summer I had it up in the backyard after a birthday party for several days and one of the poles broke during a bad storm while I was at work. I have the Clam 12×12 and love it, note that only the brown one is compatible with the rain panels which work really well. I’m not sure about the SPF50 rating, I sat in mine for a few hours a few weeks ago and my bald head got burnt, that was the only time I wasn’t wearing a hat.

The inner space is organized that you have two rooms if you wish, separated by the removable divider shown in the picture above. In such a configuration, each of the two rooms has 3 windows, its own entrance door from the screen room, and its own gear storage pockets set on the wall. When the divider is removed you can see the space shown above. If you are not familiar with this terminology, please see more about such tents here.
