Keep the tent clean, dry the tent before storage, and don’t leave it under sap-dripping trees like pines. You can fold it up with 1 person but it does best to have 2 people to fold it back up. Ground stakes, guy lines (pre-attached), coleman screen tent and a carry bag are included.
